David Findel is the developer of the “Power of Accountability” program for the Strategic Performance Group, a professional services firm providing consulting in leadership development, sales coaching, motivational training and overall business development.
David is considered an expert in the field of leadership development, and is a highly respected and sought after speaker, consultant and executive coach.
His career has combined corporate and entrepreneurial activities since the early age of 23. In 1988, David began his career with one of the biggest premier insurance companies in the country, known as Mass Mutual. With his drive and dedication in accomplishing measurable goals, he worked hard to accomplish the coveted award of “Agent of the Year” by age 24; David would become the youngest “Agent of the Year”, and it is a title he holds till this day.
By the age of 27, David was the founder and CEO of Financial Resources. A full service premier mortgage banking firm, spanning 23 years, to become what most considered a “Power House” on the east coast and over the years was a multi-billion dollar lender.
As with any empire, an isolated event can be devastating; as such, in 2008, the collapse of the nation’s credit market led to David’s well-publicized fall from grace. Taking invaluable lessons from the price he paid, he surmounted the hurdle and moved forward with his inherent drive to succeed and developed the coaching models you see here and will experience shortly. He is passionate about teaching others his leadership development and lifestyle balance plans.
